Terms of Service

In order to apply for one of our English Bachelor programs at KdG, we require a non refundable € 75 application fee that will be deducted from your tuiton fee upon acceptance onto the program.
This fee does not apply to those educated in a regular Flemish or Dutch high school, due to the reduced administration involved.

By proceeding, you are agreeing to our terms of service and you also agree to pay € 75 (incl. VAT) as an application fee.

When you eventually enroll onto an English Bachelor programme at KdG, this fee will be deducted from your tuition fee.

Refunds, cancellation, and the right of revocation

This fee is non-refundable.
By proceeding, you agree to waive your right of revocation within 14 days, as paying your application fee does not constitute a purchase of a physical object.
Cancelling your application does not lead to a full or partial reimbursement.

Delivery time

Paying the application fee does not constitute a purchase of a physical object, so delivery time is not applicable.

Accepted methods of payment

Accepted methods of payment are:

• VISA credit card
• MasterCard
• Bancontact

If you pay via bancontact, your card will be charged immediately, whereas VISA cards will take about two days to be charged.
